Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of any of our sunglasses, fits over sunglasses or clipons, please return within 30 days of original purchase date for an exchange or refund. A postage paid label is included with all shipments for your convenience. Refund does not include original shipping and handling.

Return/Exchange Instructions

  1. Refunds will be issued minus the shipping fee
  2. Exchanges must be for a product of equal or less value of the original purchase
  3. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please include the original packing slip with the return.
  4. Please include a brief note detailing:
    • Reason for the return
    • Indicate Exchange or Refund
    • If exchanging indicate which style to send, Style Name, Size and Style # (if applicable)
    • Include your name, address and daytime telephone number
  5. Apply the pre-paid postage Merchandise Return Label to the box
  6. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your request to be processed

This return/exchange policy does not apply to product bought through a retailer or store location. For retail returns/exchanges please visit the retailer where you purchased the product, or see our warranty above for breakage due to manufacturer’s defects.
